Refund | Cancellation Policy

At APRWI, Inc., we strive to provide exceptional service to our customers. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Please review our policies below regarding refunds and cancellations:

1. Refunds:

a. Services: Refunds for services rendered by APRWI, Inc. will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days from the date of service. Please contact our customer service team at [see below] to initiate a refund request. Refunds may be subject to a processing fee or other charges as deemed necessary.

b. Products: If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from APRWI, Inc., you may be eligible for a refund within 14 DAYS of the purchase date. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling charges may not be refundable. Contact our customer service team at [SEE BELOW] to request a refund for a product.  SOME of our products, such as our kits and compounds/complex formulas are non-refundable, no exceptions.  If there is an error in your package, such as a missing item, this will be shipped, accordingly.

2. Cancellations:

a. Services: Clients can cancel a service with APRWI, Inc. by providing at least 3 days notice prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations made after this time may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit, as outlined in the service agreement.

b. Products: Orders for physical products can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact our customer service team immediately at [contact information] if you need to cancel a product order.

c. Classes: Our classes, once paid for, are generally non-refundable, however, there are exceptions in this.  Once class has started, there will be no refund issued.

3. Exceptions:

Certain services or products may have specific refund or cancellation policies that supersede the general policy outlined here. These exceptions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase or in the service agreement.
