Booking Policy for Ionic HydroTherapy Whole Body Detox 24-Hour Cancellation Due to Illness: Cancellations due to illness must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule. If the service is not cancelled within this period, the voucher will be redeemed and is non-refundable—no exceptions. 72-Hour Cancellation for Other Reasons: For any other cancellations, please notify us 72 hours prior to your booking (by Thursday for Sunday appointments). If you no longer wish to book, you may request a full refund through GROUPON for single services within this timeframe. Package Services: For package services, partial refunds are not available if one session has been completed. However, vouchers are transferable to friends or family with prior approval. The recipient’s details must be provided. COVID-19 and Illness Policy: Due to the winter season, if you suspect you have COVID-19 or any communicable illness, do not attend your session. Utilize the 24-hour cancellation feature to avoid your voucher being redeemed—no exceptions. Respect and Safe Space: We maintain a SAFE SPACE for everyone. All clients are expected to bring a positive attitude and refrain from verbal, physical, or threatening behavior. Any disrespect toward staff or clients will result in termination of services without refunds—no exceptions. Allergy-Friendly Environment: We do not burn incense, diffuse essential oils, or use scented products. Although we cannot enforce this policy on our clients, we strive to make the environment comfortable. Please inform us of any needs, and we can separate clients with a barrier upon request. Mask and Health Concerns: While we provide a clean environment, clients may wear masks or take precautions for their safety. We do not enforce masks unless required by the market policies. Market Entry Fee: Upon entry to St. Catharines Factory Outlet Flea Market, there is a $1.50 CDN entry fee per person, which we will reimburse via eTransfer. Health & Safety Compliance: We follow Health Department guidelines for cleanliness and safety, providing trash receptacles, gloves, and sanitizing the space regularly. Please respect these rules.
