Booking Policy for Ionic HydroTherapy Whole Body Detox

We are committed to ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all clients. Please carefully review our booking policies:
 

  1. 24-Hour Cancellation for Illness:
    If you are feeling unwell, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. A rescheduled appointment will be offered. If the cancellation is not made within this timeframe, your voucher will be redeemed, and no refund will be issued—no exceptions.
     

  2. 72-Hour Cancellation for All Other Reasons:
    For non-illness-related cancellations, please notify us 72 hours prior to your service, specifically by Thursday for a Sunday booking. If you no longer wish to proceed, you may request a full refund via GROUPON for single services within this timeframe.
     

  3. Package Services Policy:
    For package services, if at least one session has been completed, partial refunds are not available and vouchers are non-refundable. However, they are transferable to friends or family members upon advance notice and approval. The new recipient's name and details must be provided—no exceptions.
     

  4. COVID-19 and Communicable Illness Policy:
    During the winter season, colds, coughs, and fevers are common. If your illness is COVID-19-related or if you suspect having any communicable disease, do not attend your session. Use the 24-Hour Cancellation feature to avoid your voucher being redeemed—no exceptions.
     

  5. Respect and Safe Space Policy:
    We maintain a SAFE SPACE for all clients, regardless of race, gender, or beliefs. We ask everyone to maintain a respectful and friendly atmosphere. No verbal or physical abuse toward staff or other clients will be tolerated. Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of services without any refunds—no exceptions.
     

  6. Scent-Free Environment:
    For the comfort of those with sensitivities, we do not burn incense, diffuse essential oils, or use scented products in our space. However, this policy cannot be enforced on our clients, so if you have allergies, please prepare accordingly and inform us if any accommodations are needed. We offer the option to separate clients with a barrier if requested.
     

  7. Policy on Photographs and Videos of Clients for Social Media & Public Share
    At A Phoenix Rising Wellness Institute, Inc. (@aprwi), we may take photographs or videos during your service for use on our social media platforms and in public presentations. By booking our services, you consent to the documentation of your feet, hands, services, or testimonials for this purpose.

    If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform our staff prior to your appointment by our Client Intake Form. Your privacy and comfort are important to us, and we will respect your wishes accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and support!
     

  8. Prohibition on Recording and Photography without Consent
    We strictly forbid the taking of photos or recordings of our clients, staff, or business space without prior express permission. Any breach of this will be considered a violation of The Privacy Act, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action against those responsible, this is restricted to our business space.

    Likewise, if we request to take photos of your service, we will follow the same permission protocol as presented in our booking.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
     

  9. Mask and Health Concerns Policy:
    Clients who wish to wear a mask or take additional health precautions are welcome to do so. While we provide a safe and clean environment, we do not enforce mask-wearing unless required by the Market’s policies. We encourage all clients to come prepared for their comfort and safety.
     

  10. Market Entry Fee:
    Upon arrival at St. Catharines Factory Outlet Flea Market at 46 Turner Crescent, Booth #57, St. Catharines, Ontario, L2P 2H6, there is a $1.50 CDN entry fee per person. This fee will only be reimbursed for our clients using our services, not their guests and are issued via eTransfer after your service.
     

  11. Health & Safety Compliance:
    We follow strict Health Department guidelines to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming space. We wear gloves, sanitize frequently, and provide trash receptacles for clients. We ask everyone to respect these measures by properly disposing of trash and adhering to both Market and wellness space rules.
     

  12. Safety Policy for Ionic HydroTherapy Services
    At A Phoenix Rising Wellness Institute, Inc., the safety and well-being of our clients is our top priority. We confirm that all equipment used for our Ionic HydroTherapy services is equipped with automatic shut-off features for surge protection. Additionally, we utilize surge protection outlets that have individual automatic shut-off capabilities at the plug location.

    All tools and equipment are handled with the utmost care and are properly sanitized to ensure safety for public use. We are committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment for all our clients. Thank you for choosing us for your wellness needs.
     

  13. Policy on Honoring Expired Groupon Vouchers
    At A Phoenix Rising Wellness Institute, Inc., we value our past clients and are committed to honoring expired Groupon vouchers. If your voucher is still eligible for redemption through Groupon, we will assist you in the process to ensure you can utilize it for our services.

    Currently, we only offer Ionic HydroTherapy services, and expired vouchers can be applied towards that service until further notice, subject to specific restrictions at our location. Should any changes occur regarding this policy, we will inform you promptly.  We are honoured and humbly grateful for your commitment to our services and look forward to serving you again. Thank you for choosing us for your wellness journey!
     

  14. Voucher Purchases:
    We discourage purchasing vouchers for future services as we offer competitive rates directly through our website. For future bookings, please visit our SERVICES tab to explore package deals that are comparable to GROUPON rates.
     

  15. Service Refusal and Cancellation Policy
    We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion for any reason that we deem uncomfortable or due to past issues experienced with the client. This policy is in place to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all. No exceptions will be made.

  16. Client Policy on Information Requirement:
    All clients booking services with A Phoenix Rising Wellness Institute, Inc. are required by the Health Department to provide their legal name and email address for our intake list. In the unfortunate event of an accident resulting in bodily fluid exposure (including blood or vomit), an incident report must be filled out. This policy is mandatory, with no exceptions. These records are maintained on-site for their inspections and will solely by used for that purpose or in the unlikely event of exposure for our clients to others in the environment. Otherwise we seek to minimize these incidents by operating with care and consideration for everyone and observing COVID-19 restrictions. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a safe environment for all.
     

  17. Legal Warning

Clients booking services with A Phoenix Rising Wellness Institute, Inc. with the intent to engage in any covert, malicious, or deceptive actions—such as falsifying information, entrapment, spying on our activities or those of neighboring booths, participants of The St. Catharines Factory Outlet Flea Market, or conducting covert operations—are strictly prohibited. Our space is designated as a "Safe Space" for everyone, and any such activities are a violation of our rights and the rights of others.

Please use our services solely with the intention of improving your wellness or out of curiosity regarding the services we offer. If your purpose is otherwise, DO NOT BOOK OUR SERVICES—No exceptions.

By booking with us, you confirm and acknowledge truthfully that:

  • You are not working for any agency, organization, or entity with intentions of covert activities, espionage, or entrapment.
     

  • You have not been sent by any third party to perform such actions.
